Listen - Act 1: Mindfulness - Short Meditation

Dermot talks through a short meditation, which can be used any time during the day. This practice is a great way to step back during times of stress. While this guided meditation is three minutes, it can be adjusted to suit your needs in any given moment.

 

Setting a recurring reminder in your phone is a great way to remember to do this meditation. In mindfulness courses, it is recommended to do a meditation like this three times per day.
